Soft cover. Condizione: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. This offering is a vintage copy of Historic Architecture - Broome County - N. Y. and Vicinity written/compiled by Eugene D. Montillon. The slightly over-sized Trade Paperback book was published by Broome County Planning Department - Broome County Historical Society in 1972 and appears to be a First Edition but is not specifically stated as such. The book is NOT an ex-library copy - and is in good + condition with no dust jacket. It is 10 7/8" by 10 7/8" and has 140 pages with a Table of Contents and many older black-and-white photographs and maps of streets throughout the book. Also - laid in - is a news paper article on the burning of the burning of the former Robert Harpur homestead which had been built in 1795. "The purpose of this publication is to provide a guide to the understanding and the locating of the historic architecture of Broome County - New York and the vicinity." Thank you!
