Gender division of household labor makes unthinkable problem to establish their career by various ways. Nowadays it expands as an extreme social ill, because social and cultural practices enhance capitalist attitude of power. So, we need to weed out so called gender role based practices to lessen gender division of household labor. Their contribution as homemaker is overlooked it they do not contribute directly with the money. For this, huge amount of population are staying outside of direct production process and their contribution is not valued in the GDP. It accounts the wastage of human resource. The recognition of homemaker's contribution should be important and consider them as active participants of national economy to ensure women's empowerment. Su contribución como ama de casa se pasa por alto si no contribuyen directamente con el dinero. Para ello, una gran cantidad de población se queda fuera del proceso de producción directo y su contribución no se valora en el PIB. Da cuenta del despilfarro de recursos humanos. El reconocimiento de la contribución de las amas de casa debe ser importante y considerarlas como participantes activas de la economía nacional para asegurar el empoderamiento de las mujeres.
