Even though the author admits "America needs geniuses now as never before," it's clear that no budding Washington, Jefferson, Franklin or Edison (none of whom attended any school for more than a year or two, and none of whom other than Edison was subjected to government-union-controlled, coercion-based schooling as we now know it) is going to escape "un-neutered" from the clutches of this demented troll and the "professionalized" institution she represents. No, this despicable warden of the young and the innocent and her entire profession (few of whose members could tell you who was President in 1832 or where he stood on the National Bank -- let alone who won the Battle of Saratoga, or the names of either of the two men generally acknowledged -- one wrongly -- to have invented radio) are going to grind them down until they shuffle with their heads down to the sound of the bells, till they conform to "the basic routines of school life," reciting memorized half-truths and outright lies ("Abraham Lincoln was a champion of freedom!") and never undertaking any project that requires longer than 54 minutes -- even if it means they never have another creative idea as long as they live! 129 pp. on how to get your previously happy and brilliant child to "fit into" and "succeed at" the most mind-numbing, culturally suicidal institution ever to cost any nation a trillion dollars: the tax-funded, compulsion-based propaganda camp known as the American government "school."
