Copyrights 1963, 1970. Stated Second Edition. Full print-line indicates 1st printing. Printed in USA. SBN: 471-63178-7. LCCN: 76-91646. No CIP nor MSR. This information is somewhat inconsistent, which supports the 1st printing claim but throws doubt on the leading 76 in the LCCN.
