Soft cover. Condizione: Very Good. Photograph by Rob Benchley (illustratore). 1st Edition. Stated First Edition. Rare book. You can see the covers in the photos. They are exceptionally clean. They are in nice condition. That's also the case for the interior of the book. The pages are exceptionally clean. Scrolling through, I'm not finding any conspicuous soiling. I saw a half-dozen or so consecutive pages with a very light crease off their middle edge, not reaching the print. I didn't see any placeholder creases, no turned-down corners. There are no markings in the book. There are no attachments of any kind. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere. 'The 'Sconset Trust was created in 1984 to promote the interests of the Village of Siasconset and to assist in the preservation of its character and improvements of its physical aspects, in furtherance of the recreation and enjoyment of the residents thereof and the general public including: Conservation and preservation of the areas of open land and beach. The Trust has been given or has bought over 70 acres of land in the village, land that will remain forever wild. Efforts are currently being made to buy conservation restrictions on privately-held land parcels, or to urge owners to adopt them, so that this property too, will remain forever unspoiled.'.
