Recueil de 7 oraisons funèbres, toutes en édition originale, dont la rare édition originale de l'extraordinaire oraison funèbre d'Anne de Gonzague de Clèves, Princesse Palatine par Bossuet. Il y relate la conversion en 1671 de l'ancienne frondeuse et libertine que fut la princesse, évoquant notamment son songe de la rencontre avec l'aveugle-né, et commence ainsi son discours : "Monseigneur, Je voudrois que toutes les ames éloignées de Dieu ; que tous ceux qui se persuadent qu'on ne peut se vaincre soy-mesme, ni soûtenir la constance parmi les combats & les douleurs ; tous ceux enfin qui désespèrent de leur conversion ou de leur perserverance fussent presents à cette assemblée". Et il rapporte les propres propos de la princesse lisant Isaïe : "Elle crut entendre une voix douce & paternelle qui luy disoit "Je t'ay ramenée des extrémitez de la terre, des lieux les plus éloignez ; des voyes détournées, où tu te perdois, abandonnée à ton propre sens, si loin de la celeste patrie, & de la veritable voye qui est Jesus-Christ". Le recueil contient également 3 oraisons par Fléchier et une par Bourdaloue. Les 4 oraisons pour lesquelles le descriptif mentionne "s.l.n.d." à savoir l'oraison de Bossuet, deux oraisons de Fléchier et l'oraison de Bourdaloue n'ont pas leur page de titre, la date de l'oraison de la duchesse d'Aiguillon a été coupée par le massicot. Bon ensemble (mq. 4 feuillets de titre, qq. annotations à la plume, bon exemplaire par ailleurs). Prix en l'état. Franziskus) in der Provinz Lyon im 17.Jahrhundert. Sein Geburtsdatum ist unbekannt. Er wurde Kapuziner 1644 und Prediger 1658. Er wurde als Oberhaupt für die Provinz Lyon immer wieder gewählt (1673, 1679 u. 1688). Schon zu Lebzeiten war er für seine Predigten bekannt. Er starb 1694.
