Good (heavy shelfwear and soiling to covers, cloth spines torn and stained, age toning along edges, pages are otherwise clean and clear, all plates are present).

Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. 72 heliogravure plates with descriptive text interleaved, a few marks. (illustratore). 1st. Text is in French, table of plates. Original portfolios rebound in two volumes in plain cloth with gilt spine lettering and marbled paper endpapers. Some wear to covers and top edges a little dusty but overall a very good set of this scarce work on French silver from the 16th to the beginning of the 19th century.
