He holds a baccalaureate degree in Philosophy from the Pontifical Urban University in Rome in Italy and a Baccalaureate degree in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Urban University, Rome in Italy; Diploma in Education Secondary (DES) from Kyambogo University, Kampala in Uganda. He taught Geography and Religious Education at St. Francisca Girls Secondary School, Ibuje Secondary School, and Iceme Girls Secondary School in Uganda. After his priestly Ordination, he taught at the biblical department of Christ the King Major Seminary, Nyeri in Kenya. Subsequently, he served in the formation as the assistant General spiritual director, formator and lecturer at the above-named Major seminary. He is a biblist holding a Licentiate in Sacred Scriptures (SSL) from the Pontifical Biblical Institute Rome in Italy. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctoral degree in Biblical Theology at Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, Italy. In an attempt to study and share his faith experience, Fr. John Bosco has founded a number of prayer groups online namely: "Scuola Di Gesu" (Italian for School of Jesus); "Popolo Di Cristo" (People of Christ); "Vita in Cristo international" (Life in Christ International); "Fratelli in Cristo" (brothers and sisters in Christ) and finally the friends of Fr. John Bosco. They are groups that exist mostly on WhatsApp for the sole purpose of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and personal faith experiences based on the good news of Jesus Christ. These experiences informed his faith and prayer in a personal walk with Jesus. This book is aimed at encouraging the devotion to the mother of Jesus and with her take up a journey to knowing Jesus better and thereby believe in him and attain eternal life.
