From Offutt's estate, with one noted as "Work Guide" on the yellow variant cover in holograph ink, each page with layout notations in holograph ink and pencil ("Text 2," "Ill 2," "Advertise for other books," "two page spread," etc.). The green variant cover issue is most often seen. Very Good Plus overall, light foxing and toning. For mature audiences.
