Aggiungi al carrello1st edition hardback in original cloth Very Good small octavo xvi + 200pp., glossary, Books 5 & 6 of the series: The Life Beyond the Veil. The first half of the book covers how children learn and teach themselves. Then the second part of the book deals with the borderlands. These are the planes just outside the "real" hells. It would appear that the Law of Attraction is somewhat elastic, as there are many cases of spirits travelling further than their condition really would befit them. Very scarce.

George Vale Owen (26 June 1869 9 March 1931) was a clergyman of the Church of England and one of the best-known spiritualists of the early twentieth century. The death of his mother in 1909 awoke his alleged psychic abilities and he claimed to began receiving psychic communication in 1913. He received 'messages' via a process known as automatic writing, which adherents believe is writing performed without conscious thought or deliberation, typically by means of spontaneous free association or as a medium for alleged spirits or psychic forces. The 'messages' he received were developed into books. During the 1920s he authored a number of books about his new faith, his most notable being the five-volume set, Life Beyond the Veil. RightWayUp Books aims to provide accurate and detailed descriptions. All images are of the actual book for sale - no stock images are ever used. Thank you for looking at this listing.
