Cloth - Hard Cover. Condizione: Very Good. No Dust Jacket. First Edition. No date of publication, though circa 1927. 152 pages, plus large folding chart of Kansas Statistics for the years 1926 and 1927. Presentation copy in deluxe blind and gilt stamped brown cloth covers. The name of Alfred M. Landon is stamped on the top cover… beneath the Kansas emblem. Signed on the Governor's page "Yours sincerely / Ben S. Paulen." Just beneath this is a short inscription that reads "Here too, Alf / Chas. P. Beebe, the governor's secretary. There are some surface tears on the front end leaves as well as some darkening along edges. Folding chart shows closed tears along bound edge, as well as some small misfolds. Signed Presentation Copy.
