Globalization is considered as an important element in the reform structure and it also indicates the trend of growing worldwide interconnectedness. The changing international scenario has been advancing with vigour. It embodies integration of international markets for goods services technology finance and to a certain extent labour and also impinges upon the process of structural change underpinned by transformation from agricultural to an industrial economy with critical implications and concomitants for growth equity and poverty.
