Two vintage studio still photographs from the 1953 film. Based on Vingie E. Roe's novel "The Golden Tide." Distributor debossed blindstamp at the bottom right corner of one of the images, with a date stamp of "JUL 6 53" on the verso. Francie and a large group of barter-brides sail for California to marry rich gold miners. The group encounters a series of mishaps and a great deal of drama surrounds Francie at all times. 10 x 8 inches. Very Good plus with pin holes to the corners and a stamp and light soiling to the verso.
