The treatment with Glycitein could significantly reduce the heart weight, ST elevation, cardiac markers (CK-MB) and lipid peroxidation to discuss its cardioprotective action in contradiction of isoproterenol induced myocardial damage. In der vorliegenden Studie soll die Wirkung von Glycitein im Isoproterenol-induzierten Rattenmodell untersucht werden. Elektrokardiale Parameter (EKG, Herzfrequenz), kardiale Marker (CK-MB und LDH) und antioxidative Parameter (LPO) wurden analysiert, um die Wirkung von Glycitein bei der Behandlung von Myokardinfarkten zu untersuchen. Die Behandlung mit Glycitein konnte das Herzgewicht, die ST-Hebungen, die kardialen Marker (CK-MB) und die Lipidperoxidation signifikant reduzieren, um seine kardioprotektive Wirkung im Gegensatz zu den durch Isoproterenol verursachten Myokardschäden zu diskutieren. Il presente studio intende valutare l'effetto della gliciteina nel modello di ratto indotto dall'isoproterenolo. Sono stati analizzati i parametri elettrocardiaci (ECG, frequenza cardiaca), i marcatori cardiaci (CK-MB e LDH) e i parametri antiossidanti (LPO) per studiare l'attività della gliciteina nel trattamento dell'infarto miocardico. Il trattamento con la gliciteina è stato in grado di ridurre significativamente il peso del cuore, il sopraslivellamento del tratto ST, i marcatori cardiaci (CK-MB) e la perossidazione lipidica, a dimostrazione della sua azione cardioprotettiva in contrasto con il danno miocardico indotto dall'isoproterenolo.
