Electro cardiac parameter (ECG, heart rate), cardiac markers (CK-MB and LDH) and antioxidant parameter (LPO) were analyzed to investigate the activity of Glycitein in the treatment of myocardial infarction. The treatment with Glycitein could significantly reduce the heart weight, ST elevation, cardiac markers (CK-MB) and lipid peroxidation to discuss its cardioprotective action in contradiction of isoproterenol induced myocardial damage. Hence, the findings states that the administration of Glycitein is an effective treatment for myocardial infarction.…
