Drawn, compiled and edited by H. F. Walling. Includes Index and "Business Cards of Patrons" section. Heavy age wear, abrasions and staining on binding. Head and tail of spine chipped, parts of backstrip near tail of spine missing. Sporadic foxing throughout. Binding in poor, interior in overall very good condition.

Text edges have darkened moderately, interior has yellowed and has some foxing throughout, it is no longer tight to binding, but there are no loose pages yet, all plates are good.
