The first edition of this very scarce work, disbound but intact. A funeral sermon, delivered at the Baptist House of Worship, Tabor, Brynmawr on Sunday, September 23rd, 1849, and written by the Rev. James Davies, for his friend the late Rev. D. Stephenson, Congregational Minister in Rehoboth Brynmawr, and Berea, Blaenau. This work was published at the request of friends of the author, and consequently is a very scarce work. Disbound but intact. Externally fairly smart, with remnants of the original binding to the spine, and a couple of handling marks to the wraps. Pages three to six are detached but intact. Pages nine to fifteen are coming loose. Pages are age toned but generally clean. Very Good. book.
