This is the SECOND printing from 1953, as stated on this book's copyright page. (The first edition was published in 1950.) LCCCN 50-14837. Cloth-covered russet boards with gilt title on spine. There is some wear on the corners, yet they are still sharp. A previous owner has written their name on the front free endpaper. Incide book is clean. Slight tanning with age. The dustjacket has small tears and chips along edges and the spine is sunned. There is a moisture stain on the back of the dustjacket. The price on the inside front flap of the DJ is $6.00 and there is a "C" written in pencil next to the price.
