Condizione: Hervorragend. Zustand: Hervorragend | Seiten: 262 | Sprache: Englisch | Produktart: Bücher | Suicide is a multi-faceted human experience that threatens and harms Black communities.Historical data, critical theories, and extant research literature suggest that such threats and harms result from interactions between ma…crosystemic systemic forces and individual level meaning-making processes. To explore the dynamic and nuanced complexities between systemic forces and deaths often labelled "suicides" in contemporary U.S. Black communities, this project centered and amplified the critical perspectives of fourteen Black female clinicians. Because of their marginalized identities, intersectional lived experiences, critical orientation, and clinical training, these participants were wellpositioned to analyze and understand the degrees to which suicides in Black communities are associated with oppressive macrosystemic dynamics and/or individual-level psychological factors.

Couverture rigide. Condizione: Comme neuf. Edition originale. *******.

Paperback. Condizione: new. Paperback. THE WORD OF GOD TELLS US NOT TO BE CONFORMED TO THE STANDARDS OF THIS WORLD. YET THIS INSTRUCTION IS DISREGARDED WHEN IT COMES TO ONES RELATIONSHIP JOURNEY. FALSE HOPES DERIVED FROM ROMANCE MOVIES, MIXED WITH DECISIONS BASED ON FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS ARE WHAT OFTEN DRIVE CHRISTIANS IN THEIR…SEARCH FOR A MATE. THE NUMBER OF EMOTIONALLY DISTRAUGHT INDIVIDUALS AND THE RISING DIVORCE RATE IS BUILT ON THIS FOUNDATION. BEING THAT THE MARKET IS SATURATED WITH CHRISTIAN RELATIONSHIP BOOKS AND SEMINARS, YOU WOULD THINK THINGS WOULD BE DIFFERENT. THE PROBLEM IS, THEY PROVIDE SINGLE MEN AND WOMEN WITH GREAT BIBLICAL RELATIONSHIP PRINCIPLES, BUT ARE VOID OF CHRIST. LIKE THE PHARISEES, MANY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT FOCUSING ON LAW AND PRINCIPLES ALONE WILL IN NO WAY IMPROVE YOUR SPIRITUAL LIFE. IT IS ONLY BY LOOKING AT THESE PRINCIPLES IN LIGHT OF JESUS CHRIST THAT WILL BRING CHANGE, JOY, AND PEACE TO YOUR LIFE. IT IS FOR THIS REASON, ANDRAE & LYSBETH RICKETTS FROM HEAVEN ON EARTH MINISTRIES WOULD LIKE TO HELP YOU PUT JESUS CHRIST AT THE CENTER OF YOUR RELATIONSHIP JOURNEY. IN THIS BOOK YOU WILL SEE THAT JESUS TOO IS PREPARING FOR MARRIAGE, WITH YOU, AT THE MARRIAGE OF THE LAMB (SECOND COMING). WE HAVE A FAITHFUL HIGH PRIEST THAT HAS BEEN TOUCHED BY ALL OF OUR INFIRMITIES, ESPECIALLY THE SEARCH FOR A MATE. IF WE WANT TRUE SUCCESS IN THIS MATTER, ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS WALK AS HE WALKED. BUT BE WARNED, FOLLOWING JESUS MEANS A TOTAL LIFE ALTERATION. THIS IS WHY OUR MOTTO IS, TO HAVE A "HEAVEN ON EARTH, IT'S A DECISION". WHAT WILL OUR DECISION BE? This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
