Biography and family history of Robert Anderson Egbert (1894-1982), written by his son. Robert A. Egbert was born in Sugar House (Salt Lake City), Utah to Annie Rebecca McGhie and Hyrum Smith Egbert. In 1901 they moved to the Teton Valley (later Tetonia) in Idaho. He lived for many years with his wife and six children in Lincoln (Bonneville County) where he was a teacher and later principal at the Lincoln School. In 1961 he was ordained as Patriarch of the East Idaho Falls Stake.
