The lower end of the spine cover is off, about 1 1/2 inches, spine cover is detached at rear but holding on, on the front. Also, the last page of the text and the first page of the advertising at rear is torn horizontally the width of the page. Otherwise, some rubbing to the full leather boards, spine ends and corners bumped and a bit worn. Front gutter is starting to seperate. Front tissue covering the engraving of Nairne has a tear, piece missing at edge. The preface page has a tear at the lower edge about 2 1/2 inches, gutter split after that page. The rest of the book is clean and unmarked. So basically, good minus. I am enclosing the spine piece.…
