His name is listed on page 13 as being a member since 1903. Green cloth board shows some scuffing and soiling along with edge and corner bumps/wear. Floral end pages in front and rear are free of any and writing her bookplates, no library markings etc. The only handwriting found in the book is on the title page which bears the doctor's signature. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. Pages are very mildly toned but are overall clean. This book still contains the name correction tab inserted on the officers page. There's also a small one on the right outside edge. This affects pages 33 through 43 and measures about 1/4 inch. The rear the book contains six pages of advertisements. Signed by Other.…

While this was the 4th annual meeting, reportedly only the 2nd year that the Transactions were published. Wilhelm Rontgen had made his discovery of the rays that he called X-rays only 9 years earlier, in 1895.
