I first want to thank my brother, James Diresh, who worked closely with me on this book. It was fitting that we co-authored this book, as my father's instructions were the same for both of us. James listened patiently (most of the time) as I named, shaped, and scaled my vision for this book. James accused me of micromanaging sometimes. That is probably true, as I got anxious to complete what we had started. I started well for most of my life and did not always have the stamina or focus to finish. Even though he had never played cricket, he encouraged me to finish what I had started. Randy Elliott, a friend's friend whom I had never met in person, was an encouragement to me.
