She studied at Juilliard then worked with Martha Graham and Anna Sokolow. She was prima ballerina and choreographer of the Batsheva dance company. Illustrated throughout with lots of color and black & white photographs of Schenfeld dancing. Excerpts from New York Times dance critic Anna Kisselgoff and a few other reviews in English. 12" high X 9" wide, 118 pages. Scarce. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra.
