Der steigende Effizienzdruck in der Holzindustrie erfordert Kreissägeblät…ter, die sowohl einen effizienten Sägeprozess als auch einen niedrigen Ressourcenverbrauch ermöglichen. Marktübliche Kreissägeblätter stoßen hierbei an ihre Grenzen, weshalb innovative Lösungen an Bedeutung gewinnen. Ziel ist es daher, ein Hochleistungskreissägeblatt mit geringer Verschleißanfälligkeit zu entwickeln, das einen energieeffizienten Einsatz ermöglicht und dabei hohe Oberflächenqualitäten am gesägten Holz erzielt.Auf Grundlage einer umfassenden Literaturrecherche wird eine Marktstudie unter Herstellern (Werkzeugschleifern) und Anwendern (Sägewerken) von Kreissägeblättern durchgeführt. Zudem werden experimentell werkstoff- und prozessseitige Einflussparameter untersucht, um Einflussgrößen auf die drei Zielgrößen Werkzeugverschleiß, Schnittkraft und Oberflächenqualität des gesägten Holzes sowie Rahmenbedingung für die durchzuführenden Versuche zu identifizieren.Das zentrale Element der Arbeit bildet die multikriterielle Zielgrößenoptimierung unter Anwendung der statistischen Versuchsplanung. Die betrachteten Eingangsgrößen umfassen ausgewählte Winkel und Geometrieelemente des Sägezahnes, bei denen auf Grundlage der bereits gewonnenen Erkenntnisse ein signifikanter Einfluss auf die Zielgrößen erwartet wird. Dazu werden auf einem entwickelten Prüfstand systematisch Versuchsreihen durchgeführt. Als wissenschaftlich kaum untersuchten Ansatz werden ergänzend maßgeschneiderte Beschichtungen erprobt und mit den optimalen Sägezähnen kombiniert.Zur Analyse der Oberflächenqualität des gesägten Holzes wird der Begriff 'sägerau' systematisch quantifiziert. Der steigende Effizienzdruck in der Holzindustrie erfordert Kreissägeblätter,…die sowohl einen effizienten Sägeprozess als auch einen niedrigen Ressourcenverbrauch ermöglichen. Marktübliche Kreissägeblätter stoßen hierbei an ihre Grenzen, weshalb innovative Lösungen an Bedeutung gewinnen. Ziel ist es daher, ein Hochleistungskreissägeblatt mit geringer Verschleißanfälligkeit zu entwickeln, das einen energieeffizienten Einsatz ermöglicht und dabei hohe Oberflächenqualitäten am gesägten Holz erzielt.Auf Grundlage einer umfassenden Literaturrecherche wird eine Marktstudie unter Herstellern (Werkzeugschleifern) und Anwendern (Sägewerken) von Kreissägeblättern durchgeführt. Zudem werden experimentell werkstoff- und prozessseitige Einflussparameter untersucht, um Einflussgrößen auf die drei Zielgrößen Werkzeugverschleiß, Schnittkraft und Oberflächenqualität des gesägten Holzes sowie Rahmenbedingung für die durchzuführenden Versuche zu identifizieren.Das zentrale Element der Arbeit bildet die multikriterielle Zielgrößenoptimierung unter Anwendung der statistischen Versuchsplanung. Die betrachteten Eingangsgrößen umfassen ausgewählte Winkel und Geometrieelemente des Sägezahnes, bei denen auf Grundlage der bereits gewonnenen Erkenntnisse ein signifikanter Einfluss auf die Zielgrößen erwartet wird. Dazu werden auf einem entwickelten Prüfstand systematisch Versuchsreihen durchgeführt. Als wissenschaftlich kaum untersuchten Ansatz werden ergänzend maßgeschneiderte Beschichtungen erprobt und mit den optimalen Sägezähnen kombiniert.Zur Analyse der Oberflächenqualität des gesägten Holzes wird der Begriff 'sägerau' systematisch quantifiziert.
