A crescent shaped damp line visible in the front edge of the first 35 or so of the 60 page book. Presumably subject to a countertop spill. Stain is unobtrusive, not apparent to the covers and with no structural effect on the pages. The author has collected some of the exceptional recipes of those who attended her classes along with recipes more time intensive than were practical to demonstrate during her lessons.
