This is a descriptive study, with a quantitative and qualitative approach, on nursing care performed with 28 pregnant women. The results show that 71.43% of pregnant women are between 18 and 30 years old, 75% of them are single, 50% have only high school, 53.7% have 3 or more children. The findings indicate that 56.7% and 43.3% respectively refer to 'excellent' care and access at the UBS. As for satisfaction, 46.7% of the participants had revealed 'excellent' and 78.6% reported no problems in relation to appointment time and location of services. The present study concludes by calling the attention of public authorities and health professionals to adopt measures that speed up the appointment process and expand the coverage of services in more remote geographical areas, contributing to the improvement of prenatal care for pregnant women. 56 pp. Englisch.

Los resultados indican que el 56,7% y el 43,3% se refieren respectivamente a una atención y un acceso 'excelentes' en las UBS. En cuanto a la satisfacción, el 46,7% de los participantes declararon que la atención era 'excelente' y el 78,6% declararon que no tenían problemas en relación con la hora de la cita y la ubicación de los servicios. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass 71,43 % der schwangeren Frauen zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren alt sind, 75 % von ihnen sind alleinstehend, 50 % haben nur eine höhere Schulbildung, 53,7 % haben drei oder mehr Kinder. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass 56,7 % bzw. 43,3 % die Betreuung und den Zugang zur UBS als 'ausgezeichnet' bezeichnen. Was die Zufriedenheit betrifft, so gaben 46,7 % der Teilnehmer an, dass sie 'ausgezeichnet' sind, und 78,6 % berichteten, dass sie keine Probleme mit den Terminen und dem Standort der Dienste hatten. Die vorliegende Studie schließt mit dem Hinweis, dass die Behörden und die Angehörigen der Gesundheitsberufe Maßnahmen ergreifen sollten, um die Terminvergabe zu beschleunigen und das Dienstleistungsangebot in abgelegenen Gebieten auszuweiten, was zur Verbesserung der Schwangerenvorsorge beitragen würde.

Il presente studio si conclude richiamando l'attenzione delle autorità pubbliche e degli operatori sanitari sull'adozione di misure che accelerino il processo di prenotazione degli appuntamenti ed espandano la copertura dei servizi nelle aree geografiche più remote, contribuendo al miglioramento dell'assistenza prenatale per le donne in gravidanza.

Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, com abordagem quantiqualitativa, sobre cuidados de enfermagem realizados com 28 gestantes. Os resultados referem que 71,43% das gestantes possuem idade entre 18 e 30 anos, sendo 75% delas solteiras, 50% possuem somente o ensino médio, 53,7% possuem 3 ou mais filhos. Os achados sinalizam que 56,7% e 43,3% referem respectivamente atendimento e acesso ¿ótimö na UBS. Quanto a satisfação 46,7% das participantes revelara ¿ótimö e 78,6%, não referiram problemas em relação ao tempo de marcação e localidade dos serviços. Conclui-se o presente estudo chamando atenção do poder público e dos profissionais de saúde para adoção de medidas que agilizem o processo de marcação de consultas e ampliem a cobertura de serviços em áreas geográficas mais afastadas contribuindo para melhoria da assistência as gestantes no pré-natal.
