Book condition: Top edge is gilt; front cover and spine have a art-noveau type design, over half the area in gold--gold and green combination are very attractive; at the top edge of the upper corners are two circa 0.5 inch breaks (on the very top cover edge at the corner). Otherewise book is in nice condition.
