Foxing/toning and several stains to text block edges. Leaves fractionally trimmed when book was rebound. Bookplate of Lucius Bryan Dabney on front pastedown. Foxing/toning to interior leaves; old pencil writing on Tenth Session Laws title page along with faded purple oval ink stamp for Law Association of Philadelphia; title leaf verso has somewhat illegible oval duplicate stamp from another institution. This book was acquired from the estate of Vicksburg, Mississippi attorney Lucius Bryan Dabney Sr., 1893-1967, (with his aforementioned bookplate) whose insightful, ardent, and voluminous accumulation of Mississippi Valley-related books and papers is preserved as the Natchez Trace Collection at the University of Texas at Austin.
