Gr…een cloth covered slipcase in very good condition with a little rubbing to edges. The book itself is bound in half green morocco leather over green cloth boards with gilt titles and stag heads to spine and stags head to front board in circular inlay. Binding in very good+ condition with a little fading to gilt on spine along with a touch of sunning. Inside all pages with full edge gilt in lovely near fine condition. A very nice copy of this signed limited edition originally published in two volumes in 1848. Ian Oates (illustratore). Signed by Illustrator(s).
