MIt dem Text von Jiri Svestka "Zerfall der Symbole - Rudolf Sikora und die Kunst der siebziger Jahres in der Slowakei". Der slowakische Künstler (*1946) aus Bratislava ist einer der Hauptvertreter der zeitgenössischen Konzeptkunst in der Slowakei und zählt zu bedeutendsten Persönlichkeiten der tschecho-slowakischen Kunst des 20. Jahrhunderts. Er war während des sogenannten "Prager Frühlings" und Anfang der 1970er-Jahre besonders an der Entwicklung der inoffiziellen, alternativen Kunstszene beteiligt. In ganz Europa war er einer der ersten Künstler die sich mit dem Thema der globalen Zivilisation und der ökologischen Bedrohung der Welt auseinandersetzten. Er stützte seine eigene kosmologische Vision auf wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse aus den Theorien zu Ursprung und Existenz des Universums und schuf gleichzeitig eine originelle, künstlerische Paralelle zur Wissenschaft. Sein sozialer Aktivismus spiegelt systematisch das Erbe der russischen revolutionären Avantgarden, insbesondere das Werk Kasimir Malewitsch, wieder. März 1986 in New York City, USA) war ein in Deutschland, den Niederlanden und den USA lebender und arbeitender Künstler, Designer und Architekt. 1951 wanderten die Weiningers nach Toronto (Kanada) aus, da ihre Einreise in die USA nicht genehmigt wurde. 1958 gelang die Übersiedlung nach New York City. Zur ersten umfassenden Bauhaus-Ausstellung 1968 im Württembergischen Kunstverein wurden Weiningers mechanische Bühnen-Revue und das Kugeltheater ausgestellt. Bis 1971 wanderte diese Ausstellung um die ganze Welt. Andor Weininger stellte seine Werke auch auf Ausstellungen in den USA aus. In Atlanta, Houston und San Diego war Andor Weininger mit zwölf Werken im Rahmen der Bauhaus-Colour vertreten.
