Since the properties of nanomaterials are highly dependent on their size, shape, and alignment over a macroscopic area, controlling these factors for nanoscale conducting polymers is of great importance. The technique of electrospinning was utilized to fabricate alignment nanofibers conductive polymer that diameters less 100 nm. In this work, nanofibers were electrospun from polymer blends of polyaniline doped with camphorsulfonic acid PAni.CSA and polyethylene oxide PEO in chloroform, more experiments were performed in order to find the optimal process parameters that generate the minimum nanofibers diameters and the best alignment. For the electronic application of prepared alignment nanofibers conductive polymer, the organic solar cells have been fabricated employing PAni.CSA/PEO nanofibers, by using nano particles TiO2 as n-type layer, and PAni.CSA/PEO as p-type layer on Al/(PAni.CSA/PEO)/TiO2/ITO solar cells. 180 pp. Englisch.
