Fold-out image of "Denver, Auraria, and Highland " still bound in. The bottom fore-corner of all pages has a small area of damp-wrinkle, not affecting the text. Slight shelf rubbing to exterior along edges. There is a plastic sleeve over the book which I believe was original to the book. Page 391 to 400 is a "Directory of early Photographers 1853 through 1900" compiled by Mrs. Opal Harber with additions by the author.
