Raised spine bands, with red leather spine label, and gilt stamped lettering, and gilt and blind stamped decoration…. Single bound volume with five works: "The Poetical Works of Robert Burns" (128 pp); "The Poetical Works of Thomas Campbell" (71 pp); "The Poetical Works of Charles Lamb" (56 pp); "Italy: A Poem By Samuel Rogers" (56 pp); "Poems by Samuel Rogers" (48 pp). All works were published independently in 1839/1840. Covers are a little rubbed, and there is scattered light wear on edges. Top joint shows a one inch crack from foot of spine. Volume remains tight, very clean, and attractive.
