Ex-library. [8], 200 pages. Hardcover: H 24cm x L 16cm. Dust jacket with no exterior library marks, flap edges have brown impressions from removed tape strips as well as strip of white paper adhered near top edge of rear flap, light moisture stain at top edges of dj's blank reverse side. Maroon cloth with gilt spine lettering, faint moisture staining at board edges. Tape impressions upon pastedowns; front free endpaper removed; discard stamp on half-title page; library pencil notations and discard stamp on title page; discard stamp on dedication page; date due sheet removed from rear free endpaper. Light moisture staining at top edge and at head of fore-edge. Illustrations of 688 marks by 205 makers by W. Robert Suda.
