Aggiungi al carrelloPaperback. Condizione: new. Matthews, Chrystal (illustratore). Paperback. The Clueless Christian, is an adult narrative, non-fiction, religious manuscript aimed to defend Christianity by presenting, in a fresh, unapologetic way, the spiritual perspectives of natural events, chronologically from Creation to current day and carefully and scripturally navigate the tumultuous waters of the lives of Adam and Eve in the pre-flood world, consolidating it with Christian living today. The introduction serves to reveal an ignorance and indifference that has developed amongst members of the largest religion in the world, Christianity. Having received their salvation by grace alone, they have forgotten their responsibility to share Jesus with the unsaved. This requires maturing as a Christian and involves hard work and pressing on through longsuffering. Instead, they remain stuck as adolescent, impotent Christians barely holding their own faith together, perishing themselves while remaining useless to the world. The author starts by providing a detailed account of Creation followed by a narrative into the lives of Adam and Eve. This way he reconciles the Old Testament God to present-day Christian reality. The next section delves into God's creation work on a natural and a spiritual level. It focuses on God's meticulous and authoritative approach to equip the heavens and the earth for His beloved man. Several chapters are devoted to the creation of man providing an analysis into his triune nature. The first contact between God and man explores key teachings necessary for man to live in a state of having salvation, as if born-again. Part two deals primarily with the Garden of Eden and elaborates on its symbolisms as it pertains to a Christian family and secondly how it relates to the character development of a believer. To assist in understanding the latter, the progression of a priest through the Tabernacle of Moses is included. Each piece of furniture the priest passes in the Tabernacle is used to draw comprehensive parallels between living naturally in the Garden and aligning a believer's complete personality with the will and purposes of God. Part three explores the lives of Adam and Eve. Specifically discussed are their objectives, challenges and their individual motivations for choosing to live life without God. Satan is introduced as antagonist which ultimately leads to the original sin and its eternal consequences for the Adamic race. The final chapters discuss Adam and Eve's last years in the Garden before their introduction into the fallen world. On their journey, with an enemy in pursuit, God provides them with a spiritual strategy to develop a godly character and reach maturity to remain standing in the spiritual dryland. The book concludes by discussing Jesus as an example of a man, mature in soul and spirit, who was fully able to fulfil His objective and purpose in the earth. This item is printed on demand.
