The owner has pasted the flaps of the dust jacket to the inside of the boards so that the jacket cannot be removed from the book. Tear to the title page, tape mended on the back of the page, also penciled notes on the title page, and owner's name on the half-title page. Despite this, the contents of the book are clean and tight, no tears or creases, no markings to the text. The jacket is rubbed and has chipping at each end of the spine. From the 1200's up to 1940, with extensive coverage of Anglo-Irish relations and "the struggle for Irish independence." Large heavy book, internationsl shipping will require extra charge.
