Collin "held advanced views on the conservation of forests, on the protection of birds and animals, on the use of vegetable products for the manufacture of 'useful articles,' on city planning, and a dozen other subjects." Also contains "The list of names of Collin's church members, with special remarks about each one, [which] makes the volume invaluable to amateur and professional genealogists of the Delaware Valley."
