The author's signature is on the free end page, the paper is…a fine heavy grade which has some age yellowing. The frontispiece is a pencil drawing of Church Street, there are many other wonderful pencil drawings throughout the book by the author. The interior is bright and clean with some age yellowing. The dust jacket is cream colored with a drawing of houses and a church in green and the title is in darker green on front and spine.
