The findings of the paper shows, a very few of the area are served with better housing facilities. For further extension of the area and providing service and facilities by the authority, the locational advantage and disadvantage should have to consider in order to getting optimum outcome which can be directed by different scenario analysis shown in this paper. 56 pp. Englisch.
