One of only 500 copies bound in cloth (out of a total edition of 5000). SIGNED and dated on the front endpaper by Johnson with the words "best wishes." Map, information about Mono Lake. Oblong format, 80 pp. Very near fine in burgundy cloth with a color photograph pasted on front cover, silver titles on spine, issued without a dust jacket. Uncommon in the hardcover edition, and especially so signed.
