This is Number 111 of a limited number of 750 copies printed, facsimiles of the 1878 First Edition. There is a large water stain on the back cover that did not penetrate through the cardboard to the back paste-down. The block of pages in the Appendices have a mild indentation line horizontally due to placement of the maps in the back pocket. The two maps are in fine condition. Pages are otherwise, clean, smooth and unmarked with no signs of damp. The dust jacket is in poor condition with a large tear on the bottom of the spine panel and staining on the inside panels.
