Libro Prima edizione Copia autografata
Hardcover. Condizione: Collectible As New. Condizione sovraccoperta: As New. First Edition. Quarto hardbound with gilt outline of Oregon on cover. 196pp. Sumptuously illustrated, but in perfect balance with the text. Nice endpaper maps, but faintly printed as an intended nuance, of an historical map of Oregon. Signed & dated by Schafer soon after publication. The author, King, attended Cornell University's School of Hotel & Restaurant Admin., and became eventually chef of several fine Oregon restaurants. He is currently VP of Culinary Development of the large McCormick & Schmick group of restaurants. His text & the great photos of Schafer, one of the Pacific Northwest's finest color photographers, make for an utterly delicious book. Oh, yes, the recipes are here with the pictures! Fine, like new in dj. A great holiday gift book!.
