Mild edgewear and spotting; dark staining to rear. Binding sound. Soiling and spotting to interior, though text largely unaffected and legible throughout. A Very Good copy of this address dedicated "to the ladies of Harrisburg" in which De Witt praises women's intellect, he asserts that their excellence will be enhanced with "meekness and gentleness." Scarce in retail.
