Clean and attractive with the following particulars noted : This is a nicely preserved sheet music with only modest wear : a bit of surface rumple to paper, some small smudging and weathering (nothing terribly egregious) there is some chipping and nicking along the edges, also softly bumped corner tips the spine fold is not split.
