Printed by Allethaire Press, Williamsburg, Massachusetts. Bound by the Riverside Group, Rochester, New York. Printed on Monadnock Dulcet. "In 1979, while still at [the School of] Visual Arts, he began as Robert Maplpethorpe's printer. Avoiding the studio, to distance himself from Mapplethorpe's work, he focused on the urban landscape and architecture.
