Navy colored paper over boards with gilt text on spine; no defects. Color illustrated dust jacket with black and navy text on upper and spine; closed tear at upper spine and a 3/4" tear at head of lower; also three small tears on both upper and lower on tail edge. Interior pages are clean except for notes and comments reproduced in the margins by the publishers in Colonel Edward M. Offley's own handwriting. I cannot tell if the underlines are from the former owner or part of the publisher's reproductions. Neither are offensive to the reading of the text. Binding is tight.

Softcover. Condizione: Near Very Good. Second printing, trade paperback, the front hinge is popped but remains solid. The book also has a subtle lean to the binding, lightly creased bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, rubbing with stray marks to the covers which have wear to their edges, slight sun toning to the spine with a thin reading crease along the center, another thin reading crease along the front hinge, a few stains to the head of the text block, and a crease to the title page. Overall, a Near Very Good copy.
