Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. 4th revised edition. The cover has gray cloth with silver lettering and vignettes. The history is from 1728-1937. Most of the illustrations are b/w photos on plates. A sleeve on the inside of the back cover has a map, on heavy paper, dated 1940. A gift inscription is on the half-title page. The top margin of the frontispiece, and each page on either side, has foxing on the top margin. The pages have a light, musty odor. Most of the cover's corners have a little color loss from shelf wear rubbing. Scans e-mailed upon request.

This is an excellent Facsimile printing of a book originally printed by The Caxton Printers of Caldwell Idaho. The copyright page lists two printings in 1936. Book is tight, square, and unmarked. Book Condition: Fine. DJ: Fine. Red paper over boards and spine with bright black lettering on the front board. 50 pp 8vo. The author took over the business of outhouses from Chic Sale who was the original Specialist. The heart of this book comes from the times when Franklin D. Roosevelt was running for a second term as President in 1936. The National Privy Council is a new FDR program to help him get reelected and provide every poor house with a government built outhouse. It was all part of a poke at FDR and how all his government programs are there for the Democratic party to control all US Citizens. A clean very presentable copy.
