From Preface: This book is very properly a child of The American Bee Journal. It was written over a period of several years by a variety of people under everchanging circumstances. The text is composed of questions submitted to The American Bee Journal and the answers we gave. Some of the questions are from our back files and appear in print for the first time and some of the answers have undergone canges as beekeeping knowledge, equipment, and management techniques have also undergone changes.
