Ebenso wird sein Zeitbudget überstrapaziert. Wahrscheinlich wird das Projekt daher nicht den erhofften Erfolg bringen, die Tagesarbeit wird leiden und der Teilzeit-Projektleiter selbst wird am Ende des Prozesses vielleicht ausgebrannt und gefrustet sein. In den meisten Unternehmen hat sich deshalb die Erkenntnis durchgesetzt, dass man interne Projekte nicht problemlos abwickeln kann, wenn man sie genauso organisiert und steuert wie Routinearbeit. Spezielles Know-how und Erfahrungswissen ist also unabdingbar für reibungslose Projektarbeit.
