"Each book cover is a one-of-a-kind handmade paper collage created by the artist in the papermaking studio, assisted by Susan Gosin and Mina Takahashi. The white cotton text paper and colored abaca chapter covers were handmade at Dieu Donne Papermill. The circles in the chapter covers were die-cut by hand. Carol Joyce bound the edition and slipcase each book in one of four colors of raw Indian silk to match the colored chapter covers. The text is letterpress printed in Avenir types by Ruth Lingen."
